My favorite way to enjoy a New Year's Eve... worked all day in the glass studio, spent some time daydreaming (see above), and now a movie with my wife... really not into partying anymore! Larry
I can see you are thinking spring, yet living in the moment. If it weren't for winter, perhaps you would not get as much stained glass work done. Love the photo of your primulas, and the columbine. Here's to a happy and healthy 2013! Blessings, Beth
My best wishes to you all! Good to hear from you again Brooke! Beth... that new pup is so sweet. Laurrie... I started following your blog... looks very interesting and I'm looking forward to digging into your archives. Eileen... wishing you the very best in this new year!
Back to the glass studio to finish up a new Dfly... this one is a traditional design from Tiffany but contemporary colors... will share when completed. Larry
If only our gardens would always perform as we remember them at their best behavior. Unrealistic expectations, yes, but aren't all gardeners optimists? Happy New Year, Larry. My partying days are a thing of the past, too. Another life ago it seems (truly it was another life ago in a spiritual sense). Have a great gardening year! Looking forward to visiting your blog. So glad to hear (previous post) about the good news your recently received about your heart!! Praise God for His grace!

I do miss all of that beautiful color in the garden. Happy New Year to you and yours!

Memories always do morph into expectations -- but each year makes new memories! Sounds like you had a perfect end to 2012.
