... that forms a white coating on a surface... it just wouldn't be a Wisconsin winter without a bit of hoar frost at least once... Larry

Absolutely phenomenal photos!
What a pretty day! I am, however, sending you some warm wishes/breezes to melt that snow and begin springtime! It's going to be close to 70 here tomorrow!
God bless, Beth
Hello There, Since I've been away from blogging for a week, I have alot of catching up to do. We had a wonderful trip to Arkansas --but it's great to visit with my blog friends. Hope things are going well with you.
Well--it looks as if spring is not ready to visit you all yet... We've got some spring flowers blooming ---but it's cold here today.
Betsy
Thank you for these beautiful photos, Larry. Spring will come... before too much longer. :-)
Every photo is beautiful, and i am longing to get some cold from the photos. Oh i haven't seen such scenes in this lifetime! Besides, we just started our dry season with a very high temperature starting at 34.5C last weekend. That makes me scared for April.
If only it had been like that all winter! Lovely photos.
Your garden is just made to showcase frost---how beautiful.
A winter wonderland! by the way I wanted you to know that I awarded you the versatile blogger award. Thanks Larry. Greggo. btw, how's your shoulder?
Hi Greggo... thanks for visiting and also thanks to everyone who has left comments. Much of our 8" of snow melted away in today's 50 degree temp and it is feeling very much like spring!
Also Greggo.... thanks for asking about my shoulder... I am definitely seeing some progress and generally less pain. I hit the weight machines three times a week and really work it. I can now get the elbow to chest height which is a really major improvement. I can't do more than a pound or so with the elbow away from the body, but with the elbow against the body I can do very well... I've even gotten back into the wood shop! I figure at least a year or more before it gets to "as good as it gets" but that's ok... I've learned to adapt in many ways. I don't even try the exercises where I put the arm up and in back of my head... too much popping and grinding from the arthritis... I figure I don't really need those moves anyway. I think one big test will be when I try and push a hand spade into hard soil... if that goes ok, I'll be a very happy camper!! Larry
